Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer shipping to the Over 35 countries . Our strategy is to bypass the showrooms & vendors and to directly go to the manufacturer. By doing that we are able to offer our customers better prices. However, the shipping times can be longer, so please keep this in mind when ordering. All orders are processed in 3-5 business days (Not including Weekend and Sales Holidays)

Items being shipped and delivered to the US normally takes between 14 to 21 days to arrive at their destination. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and your email will include a tracking number for delivery.

For seasonal orders, there may be a delay due to high volume shipping and handling. 

Shoe Monea is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. The shipping address entered at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to. We will not be able to change the address after you’ve placed your order. However, if you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hours of placing order.

If you do not receive your item after 30 business days or If you have any questions about tracking your order, shipping, or delivery on items you’ve purchased please send us an email to support@shoemonea.com.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Shoe Monea has a 14-day return policy. Returns request must be communicated to us within 14 days of the ship date received. Shoe Monea will not accept any returns after 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received in and tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

To initiate a return or refund request, simply send us an email to returns@shoemonea.com. Please include your order number, a photo of the item being returned (if damaged), and date of purchase within the body of the email.   Also, state why you’re requesting a refund or why you would like to return the item. We will reply to your request within 72 hours.

*Please note: Clothing colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NON-RETURNABLE

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Undergarments
  • Some health and personal care items 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed and granted on a case-by-case basis. Generally, you will be given a full refund if your items arrive damaged or have not been received. Customers are required to pay return shipping cost. Allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

 

FAQ

I return my Item now what? 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to be returned to us. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. You will receive an additional email once your return has been processed.  If you haven't heard any communication from us after the 10-business days, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.

If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow an additional 72 hours for all your returns to be completed.
